By downloading or using Kawer you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Who can use Kawer

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kawer. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your phone number accurate and do not share access with others. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Organising and joining games

• Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of game details (pitch, time, cost).
• All financial arrangements (pitch fees, costs) are made directly between players. Kawer is not a party to any payment.
• Kawer does not guarantee that any game will take place. Always confirm with the organiser.
• Players must behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove users who are abusive or disruptive.

5. Crews

Crew creators are responsible for the conduct of their crew. Crews may not be used to organise illegal activities or to harass other users.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent game listings.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.
• Use the app for any purpose that violates applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of liability

Kawer is a platform that connects players. We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses that occur during games arranged through the app. Participate at your own risk. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kawer at any time if you breach these terms or if we cease to operate the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users in-app of material changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tunisia.
